250 g flour
150 g honey
60 g sugar
1 dl milk
10 g sodium bicarbonate
2 eggs ( you will need to substitute the yolks with MCT Oil or egg substitute)

Without boiling, melt honey and sugar in the milk. When is lukewarm, mix half of the dough
with 2 eggs (reds) and the remaining half with the sodium bicarbonate. Add flour to the
first half then mix everything together. Beat the dough for 20 minutes, pour in a buttered
(or simply oiled) mould and cook for 1 hour at a medium temperature.
