500 g flour
250 ml milk
2 eggs  (you will need to substitute the yolks with MCT Oil or egg substitute)
1 cube of yeast (in Italy we call it beer yeast, it’s used for bread and pizza)
1 pinch of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
120 g sugar
lemon peel

Mix all ingredients together and let rise a first time. Then work the dough again (for a short time)
and let rise a second time. Put into the oven for 30 minutes at the temperature of 180°
