1 litre Beef Stock
1 Onion
1 Apple
1 1/2 tbspn MCT Oil
1 Dessert spoon Curry Powder
1 Dessert  spoon Chutney
40g Flour
1 tspn Lemon Juice
1 tspn Sugar
Salt to Taste
50g  Rice

Chop Onion and apple finely, fry in MCT Oil until nicely browned; add curry powder; chutney and flour;
mix well together, then add stock gradually, stirring well.  Add remainder of ingredients.  Stir till it boils,
simmer for 20 minutes
