3 tbspn Cornflour
600ml Skim Milk
2 tbspn Sugar
few drops of Vanilla or Lemon Essence
Mix cornflour and sugar to a smooth cream with a little of the cold milk. Heat the remainder in
saucepan and pour over cornflour, return to saucepan and cook until mixture thickens, then cook 5
minutes longer, stirring all the time. Remove from heat, add essence and pour into a wet mould or
basin. Leave until set.
