2 cups Cold Water
1 Cup Sugar
2 1/2 tbspn Corn Flour
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Egg whites

Bring water and sugar to the boil, mix the cornflour to a thin, smooth cream with a little cold
water and add to the first mixture when boiling.  Set aside to cool, add lemon juice.  Beat
egg whites to a very stiff foam, add by degrees to mixture, beat well then set aside in a wet
mould.
