1 tin pineapple cubes
1 Egg white
1 packet pineapple jelly crystals
1 cup boiling water
Dissolve Jelly crystals in the boiling water, make up to 600ml with pineapple juice. When jelly is
nearly set, add the stiffly beaten egg white and beat all about 10 minutes.(use a fairly large bowl)
pour over pineapple cubes and leave to set.
