MCT Short Crust Pastry
110g flour
pinch of salt
60mls MCT Oil
30mls iced water

Sift the flour and the salt.  Pour the water and MCT Oil together but do not stir.  Add this to the
flour and stir the mixture with a fork until blended.  Form into a ball and roll out between
greaseproof paper. This makes enough pastry for an 8” pastry tin.  If baking blind cook for 10-15
mins.
