300 g.  Almonds (they contains natural fats, be careful!!!)
300 g carrots in pieces
300 g sugar
lemon peel
4 eggs  (you will need to substitute the yolks with MCT Oil or egg substitute)
80 g flour
1 bag of baking powder
1 pinch of salt

Mix sugar, lemon peel, carrots, eggs, flour, salt and baking powder with almonds
reduced into powder. Pour in a mould and cook in hot oven (160°) for 10 minutes
and then 40 minutes at 180°.
